Software Developer - Mid-Level - Top SECRET - REMOTE/ONSITE

Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified  candidates (US Citizens  with active TOP SECRET clearance - a requirement on its Project with a Major Prime)  for the following position for a federal agency.

Job Title: Software Developer - Mid-Level
Location: Washington, DC- REMOTE (4 days)/ONSITE (1 day)
Salary:  based on experience on other qualifications. OR 1099 is also available only for individuals NOT C2C scenario, check will be issued in legal name 
Job Description:

• An Active TOP SECRET clearance is REQUIRED
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience  with Java Stack, AWS, full stack web applications in an Agile development environment
• Experienced in version control systems such as GIT or SubVersion or TFS
• Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED
• Participate as a team member in the design, development, testing, and management of the application development projects in support of IT infrastructure. 
• This includes the programmatic integration of third-party components, the introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendation, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for all solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance. 
• Duties include technical project milestone reviews, code architecture sessions, resource estimation, and development best practices knowledge transfer
• REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in one of the following fields of expertise:
  AWS Cloud based solutions, C#, Java, Python
