- Required Qualifications over Five (5+) years of experience with programming and software development, including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting, or upgrading of software systems. Two (2) years of experience with using Apex software OR A strong Oracle PL/SQL experience and willingness to learn Oracle Apex on the job is desired
- A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
- Desired Qualifications A demonstrated track record with PL/SQL. Are comfortable with HTML. Experience with Relational Database Design, including Oracle 11g or 12c. Experience with Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
BS degree or equivalent with at least 5+ years of experience with Oracle Apex platform or PL/SQL development experience and willingness to learn Oracle Apex on the job
