Mid Level System Administrator (RedHat Linux )- TS is required

Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified  candidates (US Citizens  with active ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance - a requirement on its Project with a Major Prime)  for the following position for a federal agency.
Title: Mid Level System Administrator (Red Hat Linux) - ONSITE - may be a possibility of working 1 day remote

System Administration support to maintain, manage, and upgrade enterprise systems; Experience administering -  Red Hat Linux operating systems at the level to build maintain and troubleshoot servers; HP-Unix server virtualization environment. 
Active TOP SECRET clearance is required.
Basic Qualifications:
The systems analyst / systems administrator shall have experience administering as outlined below:
- 5+ years’ experience as a system administrator or field support technician using one or more of the following systems:
- Red Hat Linux with AWS experience is highly desired
- Excellent communication skills to support end-users
- Linux and Unix patch management solutions
- Vulnerability assessment and remediation
- Scripting: Perl, Shell, or Python
- SAN or network storage administration skills
- Scripting and task automation
- Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers and switches
- Vulnerability assessment and remediation
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with  5 years of professional experience with a related BS degree.
Desired Skills:
- Other Unix OS experience
- Red Hat Linux

Our standard benefits include:  include 3 weeks of Paid time off (PTO that includes sick leave). Any unused PTO will be issued as a check at the end of an employee's anniversary with us. we also provide 2 floating and 8 public holidays. Floating and holidays expire at the end of every year of service of an employee. All full time employees or w-2 employees with no benefits will be eligible to participate in company's 401k program after 90 days of employment with a company match of 4%, immediate vesting.  In addition,  all w-2 employees are eligible to be part of company's profit sharing, no employee contributions required.  No Parking and Commuting expenses are reimbursed.  the JOB is onsite work in a SCIF and there may be a possibility of one day remote work.
